Rafaela is part of Ciena Brasil's Sales Engineering team, responsible for integrating Ciena's optical, ethernet and software solutions into customer networks.
With almost 20 years of experience in the Telecommunications sector, she worked at ECI and Telefónica, where she supported clients throughout Latin America and trained his specialists. Rafaela also worked at Nortel from 2000 to 2007, prior to the acquisition by Ciena.
Rafaela is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English. She has a BA in Electrical Engineering from UNICAMP with an MBA in Global Business Management from IBMEC.
